Now, some of the biggest names in entertainment are sharing their own struggles and loudly and proudly proclaiming themselves to be IVF mums.

Chrissy Teigen

TV star and supermodel Chrissy Teigen and her musician husband John Legend have IVF to thank for their kids Luna and Miles. Teigen has always been open about the couple’s fertility struggles and outspoken about the highs and lows of IVF.

Courteney Cox

She might have appeared to be living the dream, starring in the hit TV show Friends, but behind the scenes Courteney Cox and then-husband David Arquette were suffering from a series of miscarriages and infertility. Cox did two rounds of IVF before becoming pregnant with her daughter, Coco.

Kim Kardashian

When pregnant with her first child, North, the reality TV star experienced complications including preeclampsia and placenta accrete, and turned to IVF for their next child Saint. The couple had their third child, Chicago with the help of a surrogate.

Celine Dion

After years of trying to conceive, Celine Dion became pregnant IVF with her son Rene-Charles after just one round of IVF. With her twin sons, it wasn’t so easy. Dion suffered a miscarriage and went through six rounds of IVF before finally becoming pregnant.

Brooke Shields

After a miscarriage and several unsuccessful rounds of IVF, Brooke Shields became pregnant with daughter, Rowan. Three years later she conceived a second daughter naturally.

Emma Thompson

Actress actress Emma Thompson went through IVF in the 1990s to conceive her daughter Gaia. It was a stressful time for her, and Thompson later adopted another child.
